  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via an alternative method agreed upon with you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return.

  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
